Youri Lavoine is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Singapore office and a member of the Industrial Practice. He specializes in placing leadership talent in B-2-B sectors including automotive, chemical, energy, electrical, and transportation.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Youri worked for a leading global chemical company where he was responsible for the Asia Pacific talent acquisition operations. He was responsible for attracting several key executive positions across Asia Pacific and worldwide. Before that, Youri worked with a successful boutique search firm in Japan where he conducted a number of regional searches in the industrial space. He started his career as an International Account Executive with Moët Hennessy Diageo in Shanghai.

Originally from France, Youri lived in China for nearly ten years and has been based in Japan since 2007. He speaks fluent Japanese, Chinese, English, and French.

Youri holds a double bachelor's degree in international management from Reims Management School and Beijing UIBE.
