With nearly two decades of executive search experience and a prior career as a psychotherapist, Pat focuses on all aspects of the healthcare arena; clinical care delivery, graduate medical education, and biomedical research. She joined Isaacson, Miller in early 2016 to help open the firm’s Philadelphia office and expand our work within healthcare. During her career, Pat has conducted a wide range of searches within healthcare delivery, particularly in academic health systems—from C-suite leadership to director-level roles in hospitals and their health systems as well as for their affiliated research institutes, centers, and professional schools. These mission-driven organizations resonate with her social work background and training as a psychotherapist. She credits that training for honing her relationship skills and her ability to assess the cultural dynamics of client organizations, candidate motivation, and organizational resonance with specific roles. Beyond her search work, Pat is a founding partner of Globalislocal, a foundation of women leaders investing in the sustainable empowerment of women and children living in extreme poverty. She serves on the investigative division of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention of the Philadelphia Bar Association and served as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
