Evan Tolstoj is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes in Denmark, member of the Management Committee and Head of Nordic region.

He has 15 years of operational business experience from working in Danish as well as international businesses. His business experience comes from positions within finance, sales and marketing and general management in Danish and multinational companies such as Superfos, 3M, Sony and Chr. Olsen and from his own businesses within IT and Executive Search.

During more than 25 years in the Executive Search business Evan has handled assignments mainly on C- and Board level especially within the manufacturing industry (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Construction a. o.), Automotive, Transportation and Distribution, Environment, Recycling, (Sustainable) Energy, ICT and Professional Services.

Evan has a financial educational background. He is a qualified psychotherapist and coach and he is certified in several assessment tools.

He speaks Danish, English, German and Swedish.
