With over a decade of recruitment consulting experience, Katharina is dedicated to assisting German companies with their U.S. hiring needs. Her deep understanding of both markets and her strategic approach ensure successful placements and satisfied clients.

Katharina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Sunderland. While in Germany, Katharina gained sales experience working for a German leading manufacturer of mobile exhibition stand solutions, as well as working for a logistics and transfer service for high-profile events.

Katharina moved to the U.S. in 2013. Prior to joining YER USA, she served as a Membership & Events Coordinator at the German American Chamber of Commerce SE, where she built strong networks and furthered her understanding of transatlantic business dynamics.

Katharina is also an entrepreneur, managing a short-term rental property business with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys a busy life with her two kids and three dogs.
