Having joined the firm as a Research Associate in Chicago, Ms. Dondanville has risen through the ranks at Korn Ferry and has supported the execution of multiple engagements across Centers of Excellence, diverse sectors, and regions.

Throughout her tenure at the firm, Ms. Dondanville has significantly contributed to sourcing and engaging top-tier executives. She leverages the firm’s extensive research capabilities and her own network to develop robust pipelines of qualified, diverse prospects and candidates.

In addition, Ms. Dondanville has worked to support the development and execution of Korn Ferry’s marquee accounts program within the Global Industrial Practice.

Ms. Dondanville received a bachelor’s in Marketing from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
