Partnering closeley with CEO’s, MD’s, CFO’s and HRD’s, his relationship based approach sees clients frequently seek his counsel, and leans squarely in to his unofficial internal role as Emu’s ‘Voice of Reason’…. From there, he’s been successful in the development and growth of a number of successful practices and business, culminating in the launch of Emu Search in 2019. Dom lives on the Mornington Peninsula and has 2 sons with Robyn, a talented fashion designer and owner of women’s casual wear label, Miles From.
