Connor is an Associate at NU Advisory Partners, focused on executive search across technology-driven sectors including SaaS, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors. He partners with public companies, private equity and venture-backed businesses, and privately held organizations to help recruit transformational technology leaders, particularly CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, and other senior technical executives. Prior to NU, Connor was a Senior Associate in the Advanced Technology Practice at ZRG Partners, where he executed searches for growth-stage and enterprise technology companies. He began his executive search career with DHR International, supporting a broad range of senior-level searches across industries from their Denver office. In addition to his core focus in technology, Connor has contributed to searches in professional sports, blockchain and crypto, aerospace and defense, and healthcare.
