Matty is currently a Senior Associate in the FinTech team at Erevena. She specialises in placing C & VP-level executives into high-growth investor backed businesses. Prior to joining Erevena, Matty spent 3 years at Rice Search Partners sitting across the Corporate Functions and Technology teams, placing senior executives into hedge funds and investment banks. She graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA in Politics and International Relations.
