With a background as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), I have more than 20 years of experience in recruiting specialists and managers. I have represented Swiss interests in consulates general abroad, was branch manager of an international personnel consultancy and HR manager and member of the management board of an energy company. I also have know-how in running my own company in the field of executive search. I have been working as a partner for Wilhelm AG since 2020. I am passionate about teaching human resources management and leadership at a large, established Swiss business school. When I travel, I explore different countries, interesting cultures and languages. In my free time, you can find me cycling, jogging, hiking and in the gym. I enjoy maintaining my professional network through memberships in the Basel Chamber of Commerce (HKBB), the Swiss Management Organisation (SKO) and the Durham University Business School Alumni Network.
