Biography
Jacqueline Stein has 15 years experience working with senior executives of Global clients to help them develop values and purpose based frameworks. She is based in the firm's London office and leads on the firm's development of a programme to support organisations in helping their people to develop an innovation mindset. She brings a dynamic, insightful and fresh energy to help people to be more creative and thoughtful in how they manage themselves, engage and develop people in an ever changing, complex, ambiguous and challenging environment. Within this complexity, she enables organizations to transition and transform by finding simple and novel ways through complex challenges. To do this, Jacqueline builds authentic trusted relationships giving her permission and space to develop impactful interactive personalized learning pathways drawing on techniques and processes such as adult dialogue, appreciative inquiry, mindfulness, self-directed learning and co-creation. Currently, Jacqueline leads on the development of a purpose lead leadership development curriculum to enable the most senior UK Civil Servants to navigate the current environment whilst staying true to Civil Service values and purpose. She leads a large and diverse team to develop leaning pathways that center on executive team and individual performance coaching. As part of this on-going transformative development, her deep, data driven work has enabled a large Government Department achieve their transformational agenda. Previously, she was part of a global team who partnered with MIT to help a global Pharma firm shift from a singular commercial focus to develop medicines that change lives. The team patterned with executives and academics to develop values, strategy and business priorities. She designed and facilitated workshops helping senior executives to connect with their leadership purpose to enable them to align with the firms changing purpose and shape. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Korn Ferry in 2003, Ms. Stein enjoyed a wide-ranging and varied career working internationally, including the UK, Spain and Australia. Ms. Stein holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde. She holds a post graduate certificate in education from the University of London. Other education includes the Inner Landscapes of leadership at Imperial College London, and completing values education Brahma Kumaris from World Spiritual University.
