Jimmy graduated from Dickinson College where he obtained his BA in Educational Studies. Upon graduation, Jimmy began his career in software sales in New York City. After 2 years, Jimmy decided to pivot his career path and begin executive recruiting. He is excited about the relationships he has built with his candidates during his time here and looking forward to building new relationships and being part of a great culture here at Arrow.
