Ben is a Partner, Agencies for Grace Blue North America based in New York. Ben has been fortunate to work at some of the most respected advertising agencies throughout his 20+-year career. Notably, Ben spent many years with Grey, which began in account management, spending five years at Grey New York before leaving in 2007. He came back to Grey in 2013 as Director of Business Development, introducing current and prospective companies to Grey’s services locally as well as globally across the network. In recognition of his success in that role, he was promoted to Partner, Director of Marketing, North America and then Managing Director of Grey’s New York office. As a member of the Executive Management Committee, he served an integral part of the New York management team, leading key accounts, spearheading business development and spending a significant amount of time on talent needs. After a short stint as President of a boutique consultancy, Ben was drawn to the idea of using his years of practical experience to become a trusted talent partner for both clients and candidates. Ben’s contention that Grace Blue is far superior to all other firms is based on his experience as both a client and a candidate. Ben is a graduate of Boston University. Originally from Potomac, Maryland, he lives with his wife, son, and daughter in Westchester, New York.
