Arlene Rado, Senior Associate for Sandler Search in the Chicago office, joined the firm in 2010. She specializes in recruiting senior executives for leading nonprofit organizations, educational institutions and foundations. Arlene has over 20 years of experience in executive search, most recently as a Senior Associate in the Chicago office of Korn/Ferry International. While there, she completed over 80 searches concentrated in consumer, industrial, technology, financial services and professional services companies. Assignments included C-suite executives and their direct reports as well as human resources and sales/marketing executives. Having also worked for Heidrick & Struggles and DHR International, Arlene has recruited senior talent for both public and private corporations, including family-owned and private equity sponsored companies. A native of Chicago, she received her BA degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from DePaul University. She and her husband reside in downtown Chicago.
