Over the past 17 years, Dani has gained extensive market knowledge and built a wide network in the financial industry in DACH and abroad. She has led a number of searches for many of the most sophisticated and demanding investment firms in the industry and is considered a trusted advisor by clients and candidates. Daniela is relationship-oriented, taking a consultative and long-term, client-based approach to the business. Before joining PER, she worked for a Frankfurt based executive search firm and at Goldman Sachs for nine years. Daniela holds a master’s degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. She is passionate about arts, politics, fashion and lifestyle, and is a keen runner, enjoys good food and loves to travel.
