Erin Schwass, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, joined Isaacson, Miller in 2023 as a Senior Associate with more than 20 years of experience in Academic Medicine and commercial insurance. Previously, Erin served as Assistant Director of Social Work at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she led collaborative efforts with diverse stakeholders on initiatives related to health equity, access, and quality. Erin excels in building relationships, assessing strengths and needs, creating connections, and maintaining a holistic perspective.
