Melissa Dietz joined The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Consultant in February of 2019. She brings 25 years of talent acquisition experience covering a broad range of disciplines including Technology, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Quality/Regulatory and HR. Most recently, Melissa was a Recruiter for Cardinal Health where she helped nationally build the talent of their Cordis Division, a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of interventional vascular technology.

Previous to Cardinal Health, Melissa worked for 14 years at The Mergis Group/Randstad Professionals, first as a Senior Recruiter and Account Executive and then as a Practice Director of Recruiting.

Melissa graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is married with two adult sons in Powell, OH. She enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for traveling, sports and the arts and is an avid Cleveland and Ohio State sports fan (but does love Julian Edelman with the NE Patriots!).
