As an Associate in our RPO service line, Pavithra is responsible for the full cycle recruitment under RPO projects. Pavithra is based in Gummersbach and works out of our office in Eschborn. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Pavithra worked as Recruiter at YougCapital Flex SE, where she was responsible for recruitment and talent pool management in several projects.
