Born in Belgium in 1968, Yves Storez completed a degree in Computer Science and a postgraduate in Sales and Marketing. After graduating he started working at a well known Belgium software house as an analyst. His career developed into a sales and marketing role, where he gained considerable experience in selling complex systems integration solutions. He then joined Computer Science Corporation where his focus was on business development and client management within the banking and insurance sectors. During this time, he worked closely with the outsourcing project teams on telecommunication projects determining the best profiles for each project. This experience gave him a solid foundation in Human Resource consultancy. To develop his career, Yves decided to move into international executive search as a consultant in 1996. As part of the Belgian team of Nicholson International he was responsible for developing client relationships and projects managing the delivery within the IT and Telecoms practice for both local and International clients. Yves then joined Harvey Nash’s international network as Country Manager Belgium executing pan-European searches. Yves then started Ysearch International in 2003 where he executed assignments at middle and upper middle management level in various sectors. He then co-founded TRANSEARCH International in Belgium where, as a Partner, he continues to provide expert advice on complex recruitment challenges in today’s competitive marketplace. Yves is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
