Being bilingually strong, she is able to communicate effectively with her clients and works closely with them, from start-ups to publicly traded ones. She has successfully completed numerous senior level searches in General management, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Operations. Ivy is also familiar and well-versed with numerous industries such as Industrial, Consumer Products & Financial Services.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Ivy focused on cross-industry recruitment of C-level executives with a global Executive Search firm for five years and spent four years with another recruitment company prior to that.

Graduating from East China University of Politics and Law, Ivy majors in Business Administration and Economic Law.
