Ciara joined Joss Search as an Associate Consultant for our permanent team in New York, in July 2025, having previously worked in recruitment in Dublin, Ireland. After studying Psychology & Sociology she has a passion for a people-first approach to recruitment. Ciara grew up in County Galway, Ireland, playing Camogie - an Irish traditional sport where she developed her teamwork skills and drive. In her spare time, you can find her training and playing for the team that she joined out in New York. Ciara moved to New York City in May 2025, and loves exploring the city and meeting new people.
