Paul began his career at M&S in stores, head office and as a senior retail operator, before becoming a career interim, including retail operations director appointments. He was then asked by a well-known and highly respected search firm to help build an interim division, which became the market leader. In addition, he moved to run the retail and consumer search practice for permanent hires. He holds a wealth of experience in interim placements with twenty years at the heart of the interim industry, including three years as Chair of the Interim Management Association. He brings unparalleled knowledge of the interim market place and candidate population. Paul is Director of Interim and NED of the wider Barracuda Group, originally joining to build and develop a senior interim practice to sit alongside the existing search business.
