Guillermo is the Managing Director of Horton International in Mexico, having joined the company in 2004 following his entry into the executive search industry. His executive search experience has focused on a wide variety of senior-level assignments in Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Commodities, Real Estate, Technology, Automotive and Pharmaceutical Ecosystems.

Before joining Horton International, Guillermo had extensive multi-country experience working in U.S. and Latin American privately held and publicly listed companies. Guillermo founded and acted as MP of eVision Partners, a private equity group focusing in Latin America and other emerging markets; founded deRemate.com, the leading on-line, consumer-to-consumer trading platform in Latin America; and previously acted as senior manager Latin America for Siebel Systems, among other senior managerial positions in Mexican companies in the Manufacturing and Hospitality industry sectors.
