Kaye joined the Bowdoin group in 2021 as a Senior Associate, providing research and logistical support for the firm’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division.

Previously, Kaye worked for seven years at Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm dedicated to recruiting outstanding leadership for mission-driven organizations, where she held roles in both search administration and marketing and business development.

Kaye earned an MA in International Relations and Religion from Boston University and a BA in Comparative Religion from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, drawing, and playing the violin.
