She focuses on helping clients achieve delivery excellence, realise organisational transformation and their innovation imperatives. A well-rounded HR professional, Chandana brings over 19 years of experience gained across Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Employee Relations and HR Transformation. Her career spans multiple industry verticals and functions, with key focus on Banking, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Consulting and Industrial. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Chandana was Director, Talent Acquisition for IQVIA─ the world’s largest CRO, where she led recruitment strategy and execution for ASEAN, ANZ and Korea. She also managed Executive Recruitment across the Asia Pacific. Previously, Chandana has worked as the APAC Head of Resourcing, Back-Office for Royal Bank of Scotland. She drove strategic recruitment support through a cross-regional team delivering end-to-end mandates with key business stakeholders. She also chaired the RBS Focused Women's Network for Singapore and furthered the D&I agenda for the firm. Chandana has held multiple roles across reputable recruitment firms where she ran the Financial Services desk, developed & maintained key client relationships, built sustainable business pipeline and was accountable for revenue objectives of the practice. Chandana has a Masters of Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
