Carlye Hirsch-Wolf is a Managing Director in the Consumer Practice at Raines International. Based in New York, Carlye is part of the Consumer Practice. She partners with Lisa Mann, Managing Director-Consumer and Joe Hartsig, Managing Director-Retail & Services to broaden Raines’ capabilities across its Consumer Practice. Carlye has deep expertise in serving clients in the Restaurant, Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, and Beauty sectors.

Her entire career has centered around people. Whether it was her foundation as a photographer and capturing someone at a specific moment in time, working at Apple teaching people how to use technology, or as a recruiter helping people find their next journey, she has always loved figuring out what makes people tick and maximizing their potential. For more than 15 years, she has taken this passion, coupled with a customer-focused mindset, to find leaders who not only have the skills, but are also the best match for a client’s culture.
