Chris is an experienced recruitment and search professional who has spent the last ten years specialising in recruiting within the Real Estate Development and investment markets across UK, Australia and now the U.S. Chris was instrumental in helping Redpath establish and build out our capability in Melbourne over the course of a five-year period from the office’s inception In 2019. Across his career, he has successfully built and cultivated an extensive, global network within the property industry. His knowledge of the market combined with his deep relationship base enables him to partner effectively with clients, providing consultative advice on processes whilst executing assignments from an intermediate to executive level. Before Redpath, Chris has operated for two larger, globally recognised recruitment firms both in the UK and Australia. He partners with both privately owned firms as well as institutional groups in assisting them to build their teams and businesses.
