Lexi joined JCW Group in December of 2021 on the Major Accounts team. She operates out of the Boston, MA office but recruits for positions across the United States. Lexi specializes in top-notch candidate management, making sure candidates are well prepared and taken care of each step of the hiring process and through their starting of new positions. She maintains relationships with hiring teams and account managers to bring relevant roles to her clients.
