James, based in CSG Talent’s Sydney office, is responsible for the recruitment of supply chain and procurement professionals across the FMCG, consumer electronics and cosmetics industry. He recruits a range of end-to-end supply chain roles; from coordination, analysis and planning, through to management, Head of Supply Chain and Director level. Similarly, James sources for procurement positions, from all levels across purchasing, buying, procurement management, category procurement, through to Head of Procurement. James’ client base is focused in Australia, and more specifically, Sydney and Melbourne where he supports his clients to find the right permanent talent solutions for their businesses. James joined CSG in 2016 after moving to Sydney from the UK. In that time, he has been instrumental in developing CSG’s procurement & supply chain recruitment arm. James is passionate about the consumer supply chain industry and takes the time to thoroughly understand his clients’ and candidates’ needs so that he can provide a targeted recruitment service, whilst continually educating himself on the market and building up his knowledge of the sector. It is because of this that James enjoys a good level of repeat business, with both clients and candidates valuing his expertise.
