Victor is a Vice President of Client Services with IQ PARTNERS. He specializes in executive search and recruitment across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space, including Retail, Beverage/Alcohol, Cannabis, and Foodservice. He spent 25 years working directly in the CPG industry with organizations such as Red Bull, Keurig, Coca-Cola, and Alcon, before finding his niche in executive search. He has considerable experience in Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Operations and Distribution, and has built many successful teams throughout his career. Given his extensive firsthand experience working in the CPG industry, he knows exactly what his clients need to grow successful teams. Born and raised on the west coast of Vancouver Island, Victor holds a BBA in Business and Economics from Simon Fraser University and has lived across Western Canada and Ontario. He’s a good-humoured, natural relationship builder and injects a hint of sarcasm and passion in everything he does.
