Matt Greene has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and talent management. He has extensive experience building and maintaining relationships across the country to attract the top operating executives for our clients. Matt is currently a Senior Search Partner for Madison Gunn, where he partners in leading Madison Gunn’s execution efforts in both, interim and retained search. He is responsible for identifying, assessing and recruiting C-Suite Executives to improve portfolio value for our private equity clients. With a strong background in information technology Matt has specific expertise in executing CIO, CTO and VP of IT searches for a variety or private equity backed portfolio companies. Our execution focused approach enables us to get a broad look at the marketplace and quickly deliver a strong pool of well-qualified candidates. Prior to starting with Madison Gunn, Matt was successful in creating and implementing Signature Consultant’s recruitment strategy utilized across the enterprise in Signature’s 26 markets. Matt graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. Matt and his wife Jennie have two children, Jack and Anna. The Greene's are active members of Christ Covenant Church in Matthews, North Carolina.
