Ailish spent 4 years as a Corporate Finance lawyer before joining Taylor Root in 2007. During her time at Taylor Root Ailish has recruited solicitors at all levels into private practice. She now recruits fee earners and existing PSLs into PSL and Knowledge Management roles at a range of firms across the City.
