Equally comfortable dealing with the operational HR delivery model as with developing longer term strategies or setting up the HR function, over the last 15 years I have either been in leading generalist HR roles, leading Reward roles or in combined roles. Compensation Committee experience. Functional HR responsibility for 9 European countries as well as global responsibility for reward. International experience within M&A and merger integration (PMI) processes both within general HR as well as within the reward areas. Strong organizational design and development skills. Development and implementation of company values and vision. Profound understanding of local cultures and practices as well as employment law in a number of different countries from working in multicultural environments and across countries and continents. I also have extensive experience working with union as well as Works Council representatives and leading negotiations between the employer and the unions in Norway and Sweden in addition to Works Councils in the Netherlands.
