Leveraging more than 25 years of board and leadership experience, Anton advises a broad range of clients across all industries, including financial services, technology, retail, heavy industries, consumer goods and private equity. He works with clients ranging from RBC 50 boards to smaller companies that are poised to become leaders in their own markets.

Anton co-founded the Center for Board Leadership, a think tank that unites a diversified group of corporate board members and publishes an annual report on the latest data and trends in board composition, board governance practices and director remuneration.

He is the author of Dao CEO, a book that covers a variety of topics related to executive career planning.
