Andi joined SG Partners in 2004. She leads and executes searches across Investment Banking, Corporate Development and a range of investing strategies. During her over 20 years in recruiting, Andi has worked with Analyst through Partner level candidates and now focuses on Associate level candidates on up. Prior to receiving her MBA, Andi was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in both investment banking and private wealth management.
