Cathrin is a Senior Consultant in Korn Ferry's Organization Strategy practice and brings 5 years of experience in the reinsurance and insurance industry. She advises insurance companies and banks on their organisation strategy and implementing strategic topics such as DE&I or embedding it in the organization. Prior to Korn Ferry, Cathrin has been a trainee at CLIENT and worked as a management consultant at PwC for the insurance industry. Cathrin holds a Master's degree from the University of Zurich in Management and Economics with a focus on behavioral economics and incentive systems, as well as data analysis.
