Clifton Vaughan is an associate who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search. Clifton earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he studied business administration and management with a focus on marketing. He served as the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity’s social media chair and was active in the Inter Fraternity Council as its vice president of public relations. Clifton grew up on a family farm in Holly Springs, North Carolina and went to high school at the Milton Hershey School in Pennsylvania before moving to Greensboro in 2015. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, visiting the beach and supporting UNCG’s basketball teams.
