This mission allows it to extend its know-how to the hotel sector. After 4 years, Nicolas joined the internal team dedicated to recruiting senior executives. Then in January 2011, he left to work as an exclusive recruiter by direct approach at Singer Hamilton as Head of Real Estate, Construction, Hotel & Leisure. Still specializing in the real estate, construction and hotel industries, Nicolas Bauer became a Partner of Tillerman Executive Search in March 2014.
