Andrew is a dynamic recruitment and business development professional with over 11 years’ experience in executive search. Prior to joining Amrop Rosin, Andrew was engaged in business development and recruiting with a private equity-focused boutique executive search firm and worked with several North American private equity clients in helping to fulfill the board and C-suite recruitment needs within their portfolio companies. Since 2015, Andrew has primarily worked with clients who invest and operate within the multi-location healthcare services, telehealth and tech-enabled services sectors. He is focused on introducing middle-market, high-growth enterprises to healthcare executives with verifiable expertise in leading and supporting significant growth and operational efficiency. Andrew is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and is a committed family man to his wife and 2 young children. In his spare time he is an avid guitarist and part-time web developer.
