He began his career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays. With his skills and passion for the healthcare sector, he joined The Adecco Group as Head of Healthcare for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, where he spent six years creating, professionalizing, and developing the Healthcare & Life Sciences recruitment firm. During this time, Anthony implemented an ambitious approach to recruiting, training, and developing numerous consultants and managers, contributing to the firm's success. A passionate professional, Anthony is convinced that talent management is a key element of a company's success and a true driver of growth and development for all sectors. This is why he decided to join a team of passionate entrepreneurs to create W Executive in 2023, a company specializing in Executive Search and Human Resources Consulting.
