Sydney Green is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Consumer Markets Practice. She has expertise across the consumer products space, particularly in durable goods and manufactured products, fast-moving consumer goods, and eCommerce. Sydney conducts search assignments across general management, supply chain and operations, sales, and marketing functions, serving a diverse client base including public, private, private-equity backed companies, and founder-led and family-owned businesses. She mentors the firm’s associates and analysts and frequently participates in training and coaching efforts for the firm’s new joiners. Sydney previously completed a secondment in Talent Portfolio Operations at L Catterton, a premiere consumer-focused private equity fund.
