Having started my career in change management consulting, I realized that it all begins with the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. Today, I’m partnering with 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 clients when it comes to the appointment of senior executive roles. My academic background is in 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (University of Mannheim) and 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 (Cass Business School). I’m a certified 𝗛𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 and member of the Association of Applied Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
