With over eight years of experience across the Middle East, Burcu brings a wealth of expertise in C-suite. As well as in executive-level talent acquisition throughout the Middle East and Africa. She has a proven track record of identifying and placing top-tier executives across a broad range of sectors. These include technology, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate development, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Burcu successfully managed her own business, DelphiExec Consulting. The company delivered bespoke executive search and advisory services to clients across the region. This entrepreneurial experience provided her with deep insights into the evolving talent demands of various industries. Thus enabling her to offer strategic and tailored solutions to her clients. Burcu’s career began in human resources, where she developed a passion for talent management. During her tenure at Microsoft, she gained a comprehensive understanding of talent dynamics across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Following that, she held senior roles at Heidrick & Struggles. Here she led the Global Technology Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices in Turkey. Upon relocating to the UAE with Heidrick & Struggles, her focus expanded to the GCC, North Africa, and Eastern Europe, where she led business development and growth initiatives across technology, fintech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors. With significant experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, Burcu has worked across pharmaceuticals, consumer health, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services, and biotechnology. She has also successfully recruited for critical leadership roles, such as Chief Digital, Chief Data, Chief Product, Chief Technology, and Chief Information Officers, as well as senior commercial leaders, including CEOs. In addition to her expertise in Executive Search, Burcu has developed a strong foundation in Leadership Advisory. She has conducted in-depth assessments of senior executives, analysing assessment reports generated through various assessment tools and incorporating these insights into comprehensive candidate evaluations.
