Holder of a master's degree in Business Law and a graduate of ISG and IMD, Henri Vidalinc began his professional career within a large American automotive group, where after several positions in France and internationally, he holds the positions of Administrative Director and Human Resources Director. He then joined the Insurance sector where he held the positions of Director of Group Operational Excellence, General Secretary of a subsidiary, and Deputy General Manager. Then in 2011, he embarked on the entrepreneurial adventure by becoming a partner in a direct approach recruitment firm before taking over the Grant Alexander firm 3 years later, of which he has been President since September 2014.
