Curious and creatively-minded, Kylie has focused her recruitment career on understanding the intricacies of the digital world. Having spent several years at leading recruitment firms, she has specialised in software development, product and design – and along the way, worked with clients ranging from government groups, to businesses in start-up or scale-up mode. Kylie’s diverse experience has given her a strong technical grounding and a unique perspective on how the various dimensions of digital converge. Most importantly, it’s sparked a passion for design that drives Kylie every day: even when she’s not at work, she can often be found at Sydney Design Thinking Group events, broadening her outlook via new interactions and inspiration. Since joining Lanson Partners as a Senior Consultant in early 2023, Kylie has worked alongside Stuart Jackson to strengthen and expand the product and design side of our business. Relationship-driven and detail-oriented, she is generous in sharing market knowledge, always takes the time to listen, and is never satisfied until she’s found exactly the right alignment between candidate, client and job opportunity.
