Lasse has extensive experience in national and international recruitment, executive search and management. He has helped a number of leading companies in Norway recruit high-level executives. Over many years, he has honed his ability to assess candidates' personalities and competencies, and to find those who match the clients' culture, needs and requirements. In 2006, Lasse started the company, which in 2007 became Bønes Virik Executive Search after he joined forces with Atle Bønes . At that time, he had worked for several years with executive recruitment in the Korn/Ferry company Futurestep. Before that, he held important management positions in the retail trade in Scandinavia, both from the supplier side in the grocery trade and retail/chain business. He was, among other things, a member of Masterfood Norway's Scandinavian management team, was responsible for dealer development in BMW Norway and CEO of Bang & Olufsen. Lasse is a certified user of the testing tools MAP and Matrigma, among others. He holds a degree in business economics from the Norwegian Institute of Business Economics.
