Ralf Baudzus began his career as a packaging engineer in a global chemical company, where he gained valuable knowledge in process optimization and quality management as a Six Sigma Black Belt. In the course of his career, he took on various management positions, including Vice President Supply Chain & Real Estate for a German industrial group in the Middle East and Chief Procurement Officer for an Arab group of companies. These positions enabled him to develop international markets and efficiently manage complex supply chains. As Regional Business Unit Manager, he led an international inspection and certification group, where he was responsible for strategic direction and operational management. His focus is on increasing growth, optimizing processes, reducing costs and developing sustainable solutions to global challenges. With his expertise in supply chain and procurement, he is ideally positioned to attract future-oriented candidates for companies of all sizes.
