Dieter Rebele is managing partner of MSU Executive Search GmbH and represents profound knowledge of the financial industry as well as the corporate center functions of medium-sized companies. Dieter Rebele's studies in industrial and organizational psychology in Munich led him to the then Bayerische Vereinsbank in 1991. His focus was on aptitude testing, management training, and organizational development. Three years later, he took over as head of this human resources development unit and supported, among other things, the merger of Vereinsbank and Hypobank. In 2000, Dieter Rebele was appointed Head of Human Resources at HVB Direkt GmbH. From 2003, he headed the HR Consulting unit for HVB's Germany business segment. As a strategic partner, he and his team supported executives in the Corporate Banking, Private Banking, and Real Estate Finance divisions. Following UniCredit's acquisition and strategic reorientation of HVB, he served as Head of Human Resources and was a member of the management team of the Retail Division in Germany, where he was responsible for the selection, development, support, and compensation of employees in the bank's private and business customer segments. In 2007, he moved to Hypo Real Estate as Head of Human Resources for the German subsidiaries. Dieter Rebele has represented MSU at the Munich location since 2009. Since 2021, he has also been working as Managing Director at MSU Interim, helping to build up this growing business segment in the German market.
