Daniel, as Senior Partner of PCI Shanghai since 2016, focuses on projects for Financial Service, TMT and Industrial Professionals. He has over 15 years of experience in executive search in Greater China. He has successfully completed multiple tough searches for Managing Director, Vice President and Director level positions. He delivers real values to the clients in talent and OD strategy and CXO hunting projects. Prior to join PCI in 2010, Daniel was the Head of the Automotive & Manufacturing Business Unit in a leading local Search Company. With his leadership, he was responsible for developing new business initiatives and refining the operations of the A&M Business Unit. In his 5 years of service in the company, Daniel has established a good reputation among his clients of multinational companies. Earlier in his career, Daniel served as President Assistant and Strategy Information Supervisor in WanXiang Group, the industry-leading manufacturer of automotive parts in China. Daniel’s major responsibility was the acquisition and refining of key internal and external strategic and managing information which crucial for the success of numerous pertinent manufacturing and financial projects. Daniel holds an MBA from Antai College of Economics & Management, SJTU and B.A. in Human Resource Management from WUST.
