I have over 25 years of experience in national and international HR environments in both Europe and Africa and know how to connect strategy and practice. My career has taken place at the intersection of HR, leadership and complex change processes within sectors such as telecom, energy, food industry, ICT and transport. With my unique combination of analytical skills and human approach, I can have a sustainable impact in organizations.
I use my experiences and personality as a catalyst: with this I create an environment in which people feel safe to reflect, gain new insights and embrace change. I have a sharp eye and ability to make connections, and have therefore made an active contribution to projects such as setting up job families, guiding reorganizations and implementing leadership programs. My focus is on strengthening organizations through talent development, inclusivity and strategic personnel planning.
