With 15 years of search and recruitment experience, JP has had a focus on senior Human Resources roles in financial services. He joined Sainty, Hird & Partners in September 2020 having previously built out the senior and search offering of a global HR recruitment specialist.

JP has delivered on mandates across all areas of financial services including Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, Re-Insurance and FinTech. Supporting clients across multiple locations, placing CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of HR and strategic HR BPs as well as leadership roles in all of the specialist areas of HR including Talent, Recruitment, Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Design and People Change.

Now leading the HR Practice with Sainty, Hird & Partners, JP is concentrating on senior HR appointments across a range of sectors.
